We handle the council consent for your building (Code Of Compliance) and begin the off-site construction. If needed, we can also assist with site consents, service connections, and coordinating contractors.
Your new home is delivered directly to your location, by truck, using a jacking system or crane if access is limited. Typically within 10–12 weeks — complete and ready for living.
