How It Works — From First Chat to Move-In Day
Learn how we turn your vision into a finished home. We explain the process step-by-step so you know exactly what to expect, every step of the way.
1. Choose Your Floor Plan
Browse our Range Of Homes to find the layout that suits your needs and property, whether you’re building on wheels or foundations.
2. Design & Customise
Make it your own, add features, choose your finishes. Our in-house Interior Designer will work with you to bring your vision to life.
3. Consent & Build
We handle the council consent for your building (Code Of Compliance) and begin the off-site construction. If needed, we can also assist with site consents, service connections, and coordinating contractors.
4. Deliver & Install
Your new home is delivered directly to your location, by truck, using a jacking system or crane if access is limited. Typically within 10–12 weeks, complete and ready for living.
