Our four-step process includes selecting your desired space, gaining necessary consent, building with our efficient methods, and delivering your project in just 8-12 weeks. Our Process |
1. Choose Your Floor Plan
Browse our Range Of Homes to find the layout that suits your needs and property, whether you’re building on wheels or foundations.
2. Design & Customise
Make it your own, add features, choose your finishes. Our in House Interior Designer will work with you to bring your vision to life.
3. Consent & Build
We handle the council consent for your building (Code Of Compliance) and begin the off-site construction. If needed, we can also assist with site consents, service connections, and coordinating contractors.
4. Deliver & Install
Your new home is delivered directly to your location, by truck, using a jacking system or crane if access is limited. Typically within 10–12 weeks — complete and ready for living.
