Check out this render and photos of a recently completed Elmwood + Custom Santana build, designed for a lovely Southland family living in a remote location — where a prefabricated home was the perfect, cost-effective solution.

The Elmwood, made up of two modules constructed separately and joined onsite, serves as the main dwelling for the parents and their young child.
The Custom Santana, complete with a compact kitchenette, mini living area, and twin-sized bedrooms, gives their adult children their own private space while still being close to home. Both bedrooms have been designed to be the same size for added comfort and flexibility.

A large connecting deck ties both buildings together beautifully, creating seamless indoor–outdoor flow and a shared space perfect for family gatherings and relaxed outdoor living.

I cannot recommend Premium Portables highly enough! From start to finish, they exceeded all our expectations. Our new home is beautifully personalised, warm, and bright, truly reflecting the care and attention to detail the team put into the project.

The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our design. I knew from the very first day I walked into Premium Portables and met Matt and TJ that they were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their product.
Their customer service, and open honest conversation about what will and won’t work in a Tiny Home was invaluable, and their eye for detail is top notch.
It was clear as I moved through the process of my build that all the staff subscribed to the same vision of delivering a build to a very high standard with attention to the detail. TJ’s interior designing skills matched with Matts buildings skills is a perfect combination to deliver a seamless result.
Nothing was a problem for the team. We had a tricky entrance to the property and when the trucking company came to view the entrance they informed us of what we needed to do prior to delivery, and the delivery went very smoothly.
