The Belmont V1 – typically a 3-bedroom layout, but this version was customised to feature two very generous bedrooms and an extended kitchen wall to maximise space.

The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom boasts a full-height wardrobe offering excellent storage. The combined bathroom and laundry features a 900×900 shower and space for a full-sized washing machine.

The living area is made for entertaining, with a full-size kitchen, space for a dining table, couch, and TV. A large feature window floods the space with natural light, creating a sense of openness and luxury. A convenient back door has also been added for easy outdoor access.
