The Belmont V1 – usually a 3-bedroom layout, this version has been cleverly customised to feature two spacious bedrooms and an extended kitchen with island — perfect for entertainers.

The master includes a walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom features a full-height wardrobe for ample storage. The combined bathroom and laundry includes a 900×900 shower and room for a full-sized washing machine.

The open-plan living area offers room for a dining table, couch and TV, while the full-size kitchen and large feature window add a real sense of space and luxury. A handy back door has also been added for everyday convenience.
