The entire team went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our design. Matt was incredibly helpful, guiding us through all of the construction-related questions and providing valuable advice on everything needed to meet city council requirements. I knew from the very first day I walked into Premium Portables and met Matt and TJ that they were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their product.
Their customer service, and open honest conversation about what will and won’t work in a Tiny Home was invaluable, and their eye for detail is top notch.
It was clear as I moved through the process of my build that all the staff subscribed to the same vision of delivering a build to a very high standard with attention to the detail. TJ’s interior designing skills matched with Matts buildings skills is a perfect combination to deliver a seamless result.
Nothing was a problem for the team. We had a tricky entrance to the property and when the trucking company came to view the entrance they informed us of what we needed to do prior to delivery, and the delivery went very smoothly.
I would highly recommend using Premium Portables if you are considering a Tiny Home. You won’t be disappointed. It will leave you smiling for weeks.
