This client took our popular Brooklyn V1 floor plan and made it their own — reducing the size of the second bedroom to create a spacious, highly functional walk-in pantry. The result is a clever, practical layout that suits their lifestyle perfectly.

I knew from the very first day I walked into Premium Portables and met Matt and TJ that they were incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about their product.
Their customer service, and open honest conversation about what will and won’t work in a Tiny Home was invaluable, and their eye for detail is top notch.
It was clear as I moved through the process of my build that all the staff subscribed to the same vision of delivering a build to a very high standard with attention to the detail. TJ’s interior designing skills matched with Matts buildings skills is a perfect combination to deliver a seamless result.
Nothing was a problem for the team. We had a tricky entrance to the property and when the trucking company came to view the entrance they informed us of what we needed to do prior to delivery, and the delivery went very smoothly.
