Who looks after you
Until you sign: your build consultant
Answers your questions, prepares your fixed quote and takes you through the contract.
From your deposit: your build coordinator
Runs your design consult, consent, build and delivery, and updates you at least every two weeks.
Option B only: your Site Works coordinator
Contacts you within two business days of your hand-over and looks after everything on your site.
Before you sign: I understand Premium Portable Homes supplies, transports and places my home on its standard foundations, and that my site, services and site consent are my responsibility unless I sign a separate Site Works agreement.
